Cancellation conditions
Reservation cancellations can be made up to 3 days before check-in. In case of no show or late cancellation, the cost of one night will be charged.
Terms of payment
The balance will be paid at check-in. In cases - when provided by the structure - of a non-refundable discounted rate, the traveler is required to make the payment in advance and according to the methods indicated to complete the booking. The payment will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the stay.
Conditions of stay
Check-in must be done between 3.00 PM and 8.00 PM. Check-out must be done by 11.00 AM - In case of delay, the cost of another night may be charged. There is no tourist tax. Only the initial linen change is provided. The additional change of bathroom linen, if requested, will cost € 10.00 per person. An additional change of bed linen, if requested, will cost € 20.00. Cleaning of the rooms during the stay is not provided. Final cleaning is included in the price. Additional room cleaning, if requested, will cost € 30.00. It is possible to prepare meals in the apartments. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments. It is not possible to accommodate guests in the rooms / apartments.
